Notice is hereby given that the concept, rules, and infrastructure modifications known as BrimBall are the proprietary intellectual property of Luke McNeel-Caird/BrimBall. This disclosure serves as a formal record of the "BrimBall Manifesto," which includes:
* The Eight and Half-Foot Standard: A specific athletic methodology centered on 8.5-foot rim heights to maximize vertical accessibility.
* The Apex Scoring Hierarchy: A proprietary points system awarding 3 points for "Dunk" maneuvers to incentivize above-the-rim play.
* Short-Court Infrastructure: A specific 50' by 42' court dimension and "Possession Neutralization" (Clear) rule-set optimized for density and pace.
